With the tragic events that occured last night in Lawrence, North Andover & Andover and continue as of this morning, we will be postponing the ANDOVER BLOCK PARTY & POOCH PARADE. Check back for updates on rescheduling of this event.

Please stay safe and we know that our communities will come together to support those effected by this horrible event.

The 4th annual Andover Cares Community Block Party 

DATE:  SEPTEMBER 15, 2018 (Saturday), rain date, Sept. 16 (Sunday)

TIME:  11am - 3 pm

LOCATION:  The Park, corner of Bartlet & Chestnut St., Andover, MA
WHO: All are invited

Pooch Parade & Best Trick Contest (FREE - PRE-REGISTER HERE)
Bouncy houses
Face painting & other activities/games
Jousting
Local performances by dance studios, gymnastics, music studios,etc

Dunk Tank
Competitive family games (tug of war, balloon toss, pie eating)...
combined with food, family fun, resources, and more!

The Block Party will start with an INCREDIBLE Pooch Parade and Best Trick Contest at 11:00  (Pre-registration required & check-in starts at 10:30).
After the Dog Parade and Best Trick Contest, stay to enjoy all the family fun activities, stage performances, field games, and more.

The Rotary Club of Andover would like to thank our co-host the Andover DCS for their outstanding support and hard work which they invested in the Festival on October 7, 2017.  We also want to thank all our wonderful Sponsors, the tireless Volunteers, the outstanding Speakers, the top notch Performers, the talented Judges and the informative & helpful Resources.  

This was a successful event.  Our community came together to provide awareness around substance abuse & wellness in a casual family-friendly atmosphere where there was lots of family fun with bouncy house, jousting competition, games, food & great music!  


We would also like to thank those who made donations to the Andover Cares Fund.  100% of these tax dedutible donations will go towards grants which help fund programs addressing our mission:  

"A fight Against Addiction, A Celebration of Wellness"

Local Theater Group Supports the Andover Cares Fund

Marking their 24th production since the late 1980s, the South Church Players will perform the Wizard of Oz for their annual spring musical March 17-19. Focusing on the theme of “no place like home,” proceeds from this year’s production will benefit Andover Cares.
